In-depth, automated insights from open-ended text with our proprietary NLP
Save time and fuel the creative process with automated content and sentiment analysis
Cambri's proprietary NLP solution is based on academic learning on how consumers create value for themselves and make decisions. Each open-ended answer is automatically tagged with one or more topics. You’ll quickly learn what consumers are talking about and whether their sentiment is positive, negative or neutral.
Why we created our own proprietary NLP solution
We investigated the commercial NLP solutions available to serve the modern product innovator whose needs are to learn fast and in depth from open-ended answers to fuel the creative mind.
Our investigation showed that what we were looking for did not exist on the market. The current NLP solutions did not fit well enough in the context of product innovation: exploring consumer aims, pains and needs, and investigating new products, services and brand ideas in the survey context.
We realised that we needed to create our own NLP solution.

MaxDiff
MaxDiff helps identify consumer segments and why certain consumers are attracted to certain products. It uses an indirect questioning technique to ask respondents to choose their favourite from a subset of attributes and uses statistical modelling to estimate the utility respondents assign to each attribute.
Conjoint Analysis
Understand what your customers value in your product with Conjoint. Learn how much each feature influences your demand and sales, and estimate what price premium you can charge for improved features.
TURF Analysis
TURF is a method that can be used to gain insights about market potential and optimal portfolio strategy given limited resources, as it shows the incremental reach of adding an option to the existing portfolio.
Cluster Analysis
Segmentation helps identify homogeneous segments with unique preferences, as well as understand the interrelationship between needs or drivers. It allows you to uncover the preference of different attributes for a particular segment that may be different from the market as a whole.
